Cancellation Policy

 Cancellation Policy:

  • Customers can cancel their order within 4 hours of placing it by emailing help@coveritup.in with the subject line "Cancel - order no."
  • Refund amount will be credited to the Coveritup wallet or source account.
  • Refund processing time is 24 to 48 hours, and it may take up to 10 business days to reflect in the customer's bank account.

Cancellation of Shipped Orders:

  • If the customer requests to cancel the product after shipping, 25% of the order value will be deducted, and the remaining value will be credited to the Coveritup wallet or source account.
  • The deduction covers material, labor charges, and packaging expenses incurred by the company.

Cancellation of Customized Products:

  • If the cancellation is requested after the cancellation timeline, 50% of the order value will be deducted, and the remaining value will be credited to the Coveritup wallet or source account.
  • Customized products are tailored to the customer's needs and cannot be used for other purposes, resulting in additional expenses for the company upon cancellation.

Cancellation of Pre-Order Products:

  • If the cancellation is requested after placing the order, 50% of the order value will be deducted, and the remaining value will be credited to the Coveritup wallet or source account.
  • Pre-order products are specifically catered to the customer's needs, leading to additional expenses for the company upon cancellation.

Cancellation of Standardized Products:

  • If the cancellation is requested after the cancellation timeline, the refund amount will be processed to the Coveritup wallet.
  • If the cancellation is requested before or after shipping, 10% of the order value will be charged per product for return and handling charges if a refund to the customer's bank account is desired. Charges may vary depending on the product.

Cancellation of Mobile Cases, Airpods Cases, Backpacks, Pouches & Sleeves:

  • If the cancellation is requested after the cancellation timeline, the refund amount will be processed only to the Coveritup wallet.
  • If the cancellation is requested before shipping or after shipping, 30% of the order value will be deducted, and the remaining value will be credited to the Coveritup wallet or source account.

Cancellation of Mobile Glass Cases, Bumper Cases, Clear Silicone Cases:

  • If the cancellation is requested after the cancellation timeline, 30% of the order value will be deducted, and the remaining value will be credited to the Coveritup wallet or source account.
  • Glass cases are not pre-prepared and stocked due to fragility, so cancellation incurs expenses for the company.

Cancellation of Stationery Products:

  • If the cancellation is requested after the cancellation timeline, 20% of the order value will be deducted, and the remaining value will be credited to the Coveritup wallet or source account.

Cancellation of Desk Mat:

  • If the cancellation is requested after the cancellation timeline, 30% of the order value will be deducted, and the remaining value will be credited to the Coveritup wallet or source account.

Cancellation of Collectibles:

  • If the cancellation is requested after the cancellation timeline for customized collectibles, 20% of the order value will be deducted, and the remaining value will be credited to the Coveritup wallet or source account.

International Orders:

  • Full refund can be processed to the Coveritup wallet or source account if international orders are canceled within 4 hours.
  • If the cancellation is requested after 4 hours or if the order is shipped, only 50% of the order value can be refunded. Shipping charges are non-refundable for cancellations made after 4 hours or shipped orders.
