Choosing a different size from the one you’ve already ordered is a simple process. Just follow the steps below:

  • Go to the account section and check the order history.

  • There will be two options; one for reordering and one for size exchange.

  • Select size exchange and relax; the request reaches our support team within 24 hours.

  • The entire process shall be completed within 7-10 working days. This includes collecting the delivered product, replacing it and delivering the updated product.
