Around the corner is the IPL 2021 auction where all eight IPL teams will disassemble and rebuild themselves for the upcoming season. Although the much-awaited auction is yet to happen in Chennai on February 18, the primary process of releasing and retaining players has already been finalised.

Most of the teams have settled with their core members and are only looking to increase their bench strength and find capable replacements for the released players.

Both Thala and Chinna Thala have been retained, phew! As you probably know this already, at CIU, we are a bunch of die-hard CSK fans, with deep #yellove and respect in our hearts. Our CSK calendars and mobile cases are proof of our love and support for our Kings. 

 

The yellow team has also roped in Robin Uthappa from Rajasthan Royals, who has 4607 runs in 189 matches across 13 seasons. This might be the most noteworthy trade of the season yet. We wish him the best and hope to see him rock in the field!
